CASI Education Services is led by Tom Ellis-Peckham, who founded the company after working in school leadership teams, in teacher training and across multiple academies in school improvement roles. With experience across sectors and phases, his unique combination of professional experiences places Tom in an ideal position to support schools to drive improvement and raise standards.

CASI Education Services is focused on delivering meaningful improvement in schools, which is manageable and sustainable. Working with staff to build professional knowledge of evidence-informed practices and develop the skills to sustain improvement in the medium and long term. It is no accident that this will be the only place on our website that you will find reference to OFSTED or other inspectorates.
